Welcome to the Orange County Lobbyist Registration Portal. This System enables an individual “County Lobbyist” to register and report lobbyist activity to the County of Orange. An account and password are required to submit lobbyist information online. If you are not a County Lobbyist and are looking to access general information about registered County Lobbyist per County Ordinance 11-014, County Lobbyist Reports will be available on the Clerk of the Board website beginning October 1, 2011.
The 2012 Lobbyist Registration Renewal Period is Now Open.
Active 2013 lobbyists are required to renew their registration by January 1, 2014. To renew your registration please login.

To use the County Lobbyist Registration Portal, you must first create a user account. Upon submitting a request for an account, a verification email will be sent to the email address you registered. Click on the link within the email and you will be redirected to the portal login screen. Upon logging into the portal, you will be able to register by completing the Lobbyist Statement Form.
Registering County Lobbyist will be required to provide the following information for each Individual/Firm represented:
- Name of Individual /Firm
- Business Address
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
- Effective Date
- Inactive Date (entered when no longer representing Individual/Firm)
